Topline Exteriors began in July 2025, when Gabriel and Miguel — two friends from the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas — decided to build something of their own.

Before Topline, we spent two years working together at a marketing firm, traveling across different states helping businesses grow. Somewhere between flights and late nights, we realized we shared more than a job — we were both buried in the same self-development and business books, trading ideas about what it actually takes to build something meant to last.

We went home to the Rio Grande Valley and started with window cleaning. Texas heat and humidity are brutal on glass — left untreated, buildup doesn't just dull a home's appearance, it leads to damage that costs far more to fix later. It was a real problem, and we knew we could solve it right.

What we didn't expect was how low the bar had been set. Client after client told us the same story: companies who cut corners, rushed through jobs, and left work half-finished. It wasn't the exception — it was the norm. So we decided Topline wouldn't be.

South Texas is where we proved the concept. North Dallas is where we're proving the scale. We relocated in December to build in a bigger market, with the same mission we started with: set the standard for exterior care across Texas, and become a name people trust without hesitation.
