How Your Referral Gets Credit
When your friend or family member books their service, all they need to do is mention your name and phone number in the booking form or when they call. Once their job is completed and payment is received, your referral will automatically be counted toward your Topline Rewards tier. No codes, no links — just your name. And as a thank you to your friend, they'll automatically receive a $50 credit applied to their first completed service — just for mentioning your name.
Credits and rewards are applied to your account within 1–2 business days of the referred customer's completed payment.

Do credits carry over between tiers?
No — each tier has its own reward. When you reach a new tier, that becomes your reward, replacing the previous one.
When does a referral count?
A referral is confirmed once the referred customer completes and pays for their first service with Topline.

Diamond tier members can choose from Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, or Solar Panel Cleaning, up to $500 in value.
