- Clean windows, screens, and glass for homes and businesses
- Pressure wash driveways, patios, and building exteriors
- Clean gutters and solar panels
- Help with post-construction and janitorial cleaning
- Install Christmas and permanent lighting
Requirements
- 18 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Your own reliable vehicle, with a valid driver's license and active insurance.
- Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors
This role may include a background check and/or drug screening as a condition of employment.

No. We train you from day one, but we move people up based on what you can do, not how long you've been here.
How much can I earn?+
A guaranteed daily minimum, plus commission with no ceiling. The more and better you work, the more you take home. Tips are 100% yours on top of that.
How fast can I move up?+
There's no waiting period. Master a service, show up reliably, and you move to the next level as soon as you're ready for it.
What kind of properties will I work on?+
Some of the nicest homes and businesses in North Dallas and DFW. We're selective about who represents us there, and we pay accordingly.
